REFUND POLICY

For all the complete and up-to-date information on the refund policy, please refer to the Terms of Service page.

We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

 

In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at arlinifashion@gmail.com. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

 

 

You change

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made automatically to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and publish your refund.
